Spurscast #249: Brazilians and Argentinians are good
On this episode of the Spurscast, Jeff and I turn over the reins to some of the other members of the Project Spurs staff.
Our lead writer, Paul Garcia, hosted, while staffers Jason Rogers, Jake Faunce and Trevor Zickgraff rounded out the panel.
The guys open up the show talking about Ryan Richards, who the San Antonio Spurs are trying to bring over this summer and send to the Austin Toros to continue to develop while learning the Spurs system. They also talked about supporting Spurs players if they chose to play in Austin if a lockout occurs.
After the break, they took on the tough task of defending Matt Bonner and arguing on why he should get consistent minutes next season. To end the show, they sounded off on whether or not Tiago Splitter can be a franchise player within two years.
Oh and someone ponders what the age of consent is in France.
