Nando De Colo's unhappiness with his role on the Spurs has been well documented, but throughout the process, he's maintained his professionalism and state of readiness in case his number gets called.
Except now his number's being called by European teams in need of the combo guard's services.
First with the report that Turkish club Fenerbahce was pursuing the 26-year-old Frenchman, now De Colo's agent has come out and denied any rumors of Nando leaving mid-season to return to France and play professionally there. De Colo's agent also says that he will finish the season with San Antonio and will listen to all offers this summer.no comments

San Antonio Spurs' Matt Bonner is no stranger to quirkiness. From his dry humor to his all around goofiness, Bonner is shy to ham it up for the camera.
Case in point the following video.
Check out Bonner doing his Andy Kaufman "Mighty Mouse" impersonation and captures the late comedian perfectly.no comments
As the San Antonio Spurs prepare for tonights match-up against the Utah Jazz in the Alamo City and in the AT&T Center, the rafters will be packed from top to bottom. Thus far, the San Antonio Spurs are the top team in the Western Conference sporting a 30-8 record, first team to 30 wins in the NBA this season mind you, and this has not gone unnoticed by the Spurs faithful all throughout San Antonio.
Through the first half of their home schedule the San Antonio Spurs are ranked in the top ten. (H/T Scott Bailey from San Antonio Business Journal) for the following information. San Antonio ranks third amongst the thirty NBA teams averaging 18,386 fans at the beautiful AT&T Center. How do they get these numbers? All of this information is compiled by ESPN's turnstile tracking data.no comments
AT&T CENTER – With 5:09 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter on Wednesday, there stood the San Antonio Spurs on their way to their 31st victory of the season as they led the Utah Jazz 100-84.
The final five minutes wouldn’t end as the Spurs had planned, as rookie Trey Burke (17 points, 11 assists, 11 points in the final five minutes) and the Jazz outscored the Spurs 21-9 in the final five minutes to cut the Spurs’ lead to two points with 7.4 seconds remaining. The Jazz wouldn’t complete the upset as clutch plays and free throws developed from Tony Parker (25 points, 9 assists) and Marco Belinelli (15 points, 7 rebounds) that helped the Spurs hold on for the 109-105 victory.no comments
No matter how much you manage minutes and plan for back-to-back games, the grind of an 82 game schedule is bound to catch up to you. Except the injuries haven't occurred to who you normally expect. Duncan, Ginobili and Parker are relatively healthy, having played in 35 of the Spurs 38 games this season. (Quickly, knock on wood before anything happens to them.) It's the injuries to Green and Splitter that we should be fearful of.
Well, maybe not.
Even though the silver and black will be without Tiago Splitter or Danny Green for at least the next four weeks, there's no need to panic. Pop and R.C. have built their roster perfectly for this scenario. Not only can the Spurs rely on their "next man up" mentality, but they can do it without upsetting the rotation, while slightly showcasing their bench assets as possible trade bait.no comments
The San Antonio Spurs (30-8) will host the Utah Jazz tonight at the AT&T Center as the Spurs look for their sixth win in a row but will have to do it without Danny Green (sprained shoulder) and Tiago Splitter (sprained finger). However, the Spurs are 2-0 record against the Jazz so far this season.
The Spurs are coming off a 101-95 win over the Pelicans.Tony Parker led the way with 27 points while Tim Duncan added 18 points.
The Jazz are coming off a 118-103 win over the Nuggets. Alec Burks had a career-high 34 points in the Utah win.
And as the Spurs look to defeat the Jazz, here are five things to watch for in tonight's contest:
• The Spurs are 24-0 when leading after three quarters.no comments
With his team's depth this season, Nando De Colo hasn't seen much playing time with the San Antonio Spurs.
With the lack of playing time, the team has sent him to the Austin Toros, owned by the Spurs organization, to see time on the court and keep sharp if his services are needed during a long NBA season. While De Colo's services haven't been on high demand from the silver and black, there is a team out there that's interested in his services.no comments
