When it comes to find international scouting, the San Antonio Spurs are the cream of the crop.
From finding players such as Tony Parker to Manu Ginobili, the Spurs have proven over and over they have a knack for finding basketball talent in all corners of the globe.
And with EuroBasket 2013 underway in Slovenia, it is no surprise to find San Antonio's GM R.C. Buford in attendance perhaps checking out basketball talent that might wear black and silver in the future.

Aside from Spurs' Marco Belinelli, Boris Diaw, Parker and Nando De Colo playing with their respective national teams, knowing Buford he was soaking in which players were standing out that might make a blip on the Spurs international talent radar.
