Last but certainly not least, there is also the three "old" guys coming straight out of the Alamo City that are looking to get the bad taste of seeing an NBA title slip through their collective fingers.
So Spurs’s fans, do you think the Black Mamba will slither his Lakers into the playoffs? Or is the Knicks newest player just full of it?
The Lakers are a mess-from coaching to personnel. I don't like Kobe, but I think he'll bounce back and play fairly well but seriously...at best they get a 6-7 seed and that is if they remain healthy. Out in first round. It's easy for Ron Ron to say some magical trade will happen but honestly, who do they have besides Pau and Kobe that anyone would seriously want (and in return give a major piece to them)? Now, if the Lakers would like to send Pau here for the Red Mamba, CJ and Nando...I'm open to that.
Even thought i hate the lakers you can never count them out with one of the best players in nba history on their team. You all know its true
Ron Artest (I still refuse to call him by that ridiculous name) is once again making a fool of himself. This is the same guy who said last year's Lakers could challenge the 72-10 record by the '96 Bulls, and we all know how that turned out. The Lakers' defense is going to be more horrendous with Howard and Artest gone. ESPN has it right, projecting them as a 12th seed. I can't see the Lakers making the playoffs. Ron Artest is delusional.
@Emicris Couldn't agree more.
@SpursAllDay11 Being silly. Prefer that. Of course the Spurs would turn that down! Red Mamba for Pau? Pffft.
