This is just sick.
San Antonio Spurs' Aron Baynes is currently with the team's D-League affiliate Austin Toros and in last night's game versus the Tulsa 66ers, he made his presence felt.
In the third quarter of action, Baynes was running the fast break and caught a pass while heading to the rim. He then put 66ers' Rasual Butler on a poster.
Check out Baynes completely destroying Butler with a one-handed dunk sending Butler crumbling to the floor. That's a 6'10", 260 lbs. big man coming down on Butler. Oh the humanity!
This is why Baynes would be so good for us. Man, if he had our system down already, we'd be the favorites to win it ALL. Baynes is 6'11, and has some scary athleticism. That type of big man athleticism would be of great benefit against the likes of OKC and the small Miami Heat. If only he can not foul so much and turn the ball over, then he should be on the Spurs roster in no time.
