The NBA offseason is in full swing and player movement is starting to rumble as the free agency period nears.
San Antonio Spurs' Tiago Splitter will enter free agency this summer and according to John Canzano of The Oregonian, the Portland Trail Blazers have their eye on the Brazilian center.

Splitter improved his stats in the regular season averaging 10.3 points, 6.4 rebounds, and shot 56% from the field. However, in the postseason his numbers dipped to 6.1 points, 3.1 rebounds and shot 53%.
Centers like Splitter always are in high demand. Teams tend to overpay for size as Houston did with Omir Asik. However, Splitter's poor postseason performance may have hurt the chance of a team (including the Spurs) from offering him a large deal.
What do you have to say Spurs fans? Should the Spurs resign Splitter or let him walk? Let us know what you think.
keep Splitter. Definitely. Definitely keep him. He's being mentored by Duncan. I have a feeling he's not going anywhere.
TS is just a system player. He can't make his own shot. Lay ups all day. If pick'n roll fails, he's got 0 pts. He's soft mentally in the Finals and does not know what to do with the ball. Why keeps him. Sign and trade him for better big guys
@JohnardJanRosTenio how about no scott... none of us spurs fans want that peice of trash. Him and Pop will never get along. It kind of reminds of when odom went to dallas.
They're Stupid to Let HIm Go. They Just Need Someone To Counter The Small Ball Lineps He Was On The Verge To Get Many More Double Doubles During The Season Than He Got Because Pop Always Pulled him Right Before It Would Happen. Hes Better Than A Bunch Of Idiot Fair Weather Fans Think He Iss
@Titletown99030507 - we can keep him, not for more then $6mil. He is not the future replacement for TD and lacks the skills to be a major low post player most teams need. He is complementary, to a post threat. Ryan Hollins is his equal and protects the rim. Hollins is not as disciplined but adequate. Banes can assume much of Splitters role if Tiago goes for the money he may be offered. I think someone will offer him 8+mil. Won't blame him.
@Titletown99030507 i know he is the biggest guy on the court and dominated the paint in the finals, oh wait no that didnt happen...your right he is needed
