With the 2012-13 NBA season fast approaching, ESPN's show "Numbers Never Lie" crew took a look at the Southwest Division.
While the panel unanimously picked the San Antonio Spurs to take the division, the crew gave their pick on which team will be the surprise out of the division, their thoughts on the Houston Rockets, and more.

I think the Southwest standings will be in this following order: Spurs, Grizzlies, Mavs, Hornets, Rockets. However, with the recent news of Nowitzki missing aprrox. 6 weeks due to knee drainage, that could bump the Mavs down a spot and move the Hornets up a spot. But I don't think it will.
