Danny Green goes shirtless for cover shoot
Lifestyle Mirror recently did an article on ESPN’s Charissa Thompson, speaking on her role as a woman in sports, her goals and her professional style.
For the article they did a photo shoot where San Antonio Spurs’ Danny Green played the role of “man candy.”
Green appears shirtless in a good number of the pictures, showcasing his variety of tattoos.
He looks to be a lot more comfortable with clothes off than on. In the picture where he’s wearing a suit, he just looks kind of awkward. I don’t think we have to worry about Green leaving the Spurs to pursue a male modeling career.
I’m just going to leave it at that since I feel a little weird critiquing a dude’s photo shoot, but you should check out the pictures for a little lighthearted Spurs news today.
And we can all be happy that Green is getting pictures professionally taken of him rather than texting them out to his girlfriends so they end up on TMZ.
While I appreciate the hard work that goes into being a sports writer, I do believe there would be a BETTER Spurs sports story than that of a shirtless Danny Green. I could somewhat understand if it would be about Tim, Tony, or Manu. How about a story following Manu's or Tony's Olympic journey. I just think this was not the right place to publish this article. It's not interesting what so ever. Spursfan66, fyi I clicked on this article solely to make a comment after reading the title. I was very turned off by what I read. Of course this is nothing but my opinion and I do like most of the stories on this site.
@ryanfdep What does an OCCASIONAL feel-good type of story hurt? Obviously you read it so what's with the dis? It's not like it came in middle of playoffs or something..lol

@ryanfdep what do u want them to post about? its the offseason and there is nothing happening. these guys work their asses off providing for us. If you don't like what they post, then don't come here. I would love to see you be a writer here.
