Check out the Nike Air Force 1 David Robinson tribute kicks

Written by Jeff Garcia on .

First, Nike announced it is set to re-lease San Antonio Spurs legend David Robinson's Air Force 180's and now a pair of custom Bespoke Air Force 1 Robinson tribute kicks have been made by Lay Up Shot.

These custom Robinson kicks are adorned with Robinson's Spurs number 50 and the team colors. Also, the "10" on the sneakers tounge represents the number of times "The Admiral" made the All-Star team and the "19" means the Robinson custom line is number 19 in a 21 shoe series being made. the "21 M" represents where the sneakers were made - at 21 Mercer in New York City.

These kicks are sure to get Spurs fans clamoring to get their hands on them and show them off at a game or a night on the town but they won't be for sale... yet.

Check them out (h/t Red's Army's KWAPT).

So what do you think Spurs fans and while we are at it, why not share and photos of your favorite pair of Spurs-related sneakers.

I've never been a fan of sports shoes in general. I've always get the simpler looking ones. I do remember liking one that was said to be Robinson's shoes back in junior high (92-95). One with a high ankle brace looking things.
