Spurs waive Hood, Thomas
The San Antonio Spurs have waived Antoine Hood and Doug Thomas.
Hood scored one point in three minutes versus the Houston Rockets while Thomas went scoreless in two minutes of action against the Rockets.
The training camp roster now stands at 17. The Spurs will face the Rockets this Wednesday in San Antonio in their final preseason game before their first game of the regular season versus the Memphis Grizzlies.
Messrs. Hood and Thomas played for 1 and 2 minutes respectively. And basketball game is forty-eight minutes. How could these players give what they have, if they are allowed to play a very short time? Come on, they were recruited because they were cheap.
It's down to lawal, hassell and zeller. The spurs needs all the help in the interior. Splltter and blair were awful in the interior. The game shown where the spurs are inferior, the interior.
