As Project Spurs' Paul Garcia recapped, France defeated Great Britain, 82 to 60, yesterday as San Antonio Spurs' Tony Parker led France with a game high 23 points while Spurs draftee Ryan Richards finished with 0 points, 0-for-2 field goals, and two rebounds in just eight minutes of action.
Check out the game highlights where Parker had a nice dish to Joakim Noah, Nicolas Batum completed a nice reverse ally-oop dunk, Parker's shot was falling and much more.
Just been to the London invitational and saw some future spurs, a current spur and a historic spur.
First of all Ryan Richards looks good. Good handle, atheliticism and court awareness - and add to that he is a big fella! Can't wait for the spurs to bring him over, I don't think it would be too soon to draw him in to the squad and train against timmy and Tiago.
Nando De Colo showed very little. He looks like he's playing with a hand injury but that's no excuse for what he's doing. Everything slows down / stops as the offense goes through him. I'm massively disappointed as I've wanted to see him for a long time now.
Parksie killed it. He was awesome and looked comfortable even on an off night for his shooting. I just love watching him play and burn all those in front of him!
And I met Pops Mensu-Bonsah. Great guy and I wish him a speedy recovery. Go team GB (until the Spurs get back to action).
@CarlAllchin oh? hand injury? is that true?
@JeffProjectSpurs hey Jeff. Not sure how major it is but it had strapping on it. His left hand from memory. But like I said, not sure it stops him from making quick decisions of what to do with the ball.
@CarlAllchin for sure man. send them over.
I'm getting tired! Just checked my photos and it's his right hand. Let me know if you want me to drop some of the pics to the site.
