Blair being courted by overseas teams?

Written by Jeff Garcia on .

The NBA lockout is in full swing and NBA players have agreed to play overseas or contemplating the move including a few San Antonio Spurs players.

Danny Green, Chris Quinn and Steve Novak have made the move while Tony Parker said he would play in France with his team (ASVEL) should the lockout eat into next season but is DeJuan Blair next?

According to Alex Kennedy of Hoops World, Blair has received monthly offers from European teams.

Aside from Parker, no other high-profile Spur has been rumored to be courted by European teams. Obviously should Blair accept an offer, he would want an opt-out clause to return to the Spurs once the lockout is settled.

What do you have to say Spurs fans? Should Blair accept an offer in order to stay in game shape or would the risk of injury make you hesitant about him heading overseas seeing how he is a key role player for San Antonio?

i'm always a little hesitant about our guys playing overseas, but i think Blair should go in order to stay in game shape and perhaps improve a little bit.
