According to MySA on Twitter, "Manu Ginobili has a stress reaction of his distal right fibula and will be out two to three weeks, the Spurs said today in a press release."
This is a tough time for Manu to be out with the Spurs visiting the Pistons tonight and playing the Cavs next week.
